Enter the ''First to 7 Wins'' code (Press B twice, Y 3 times, and X twice, then press left) and start a game on Rookie. After you have finished the game, remember to press start and switch the game difficulty to All-Star. Voila, 200 easy credits!

To get easy credits, start a game on All-Star difficulty. During the middle of the game, switch it back to rookie, and the opposing team will be on rookie difficulty, but you will still get credits for playing on All-star difficulty.
