Select an empty file in ''Championship'' and go through the entry screens until you reach the Entry Form. Enter ''IRATA'' as your name and choose ''Done.'' At the next screen, press Triangle repeatedly to go back to the main menu, then look at the track selection screen to see every track unlocked.
