After you press start at the title screen, go down to quit game at the bottom of the option screen. Once there, press Left, Right, Left, Right, Left, Right, Right, Right, then A. Go into the utilities menu and the option Test Mode will be available at the bottom. The test mode allows you to listen to the music and voices, as well as watch the cutscenes.
